PV Drilling’s youth have achieved an impressive milestone as all four of its nominees were admitted to the “Petrovietnam Outstanding Youth 2025” (PV-Youth 2025) program organized by Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam).
Designed to cultivate high-potential young professionals, PV-Youth 2025 focuses on developing leadership capability, innovation mindset, and digital-transformation skills, while opening opportunities to participate in Petrovietnam’s flagship projects. With a 70:20:10 learning model and a mentor–mentee network, the program provides a world-class environment for the Group’s next generation to learn, practice, and grow.

What they share in common is dynamism, a habit of proactively proposing initiatives, and active participation in union and community activities. Their success is a clear testament to PV Drilling’s quality recruitment and training systems, while underscoring the vanguard role of young union members in the Group’s renewal and digital-transformation journey.
The selected members expressed pride and viewed the program as a golden opportunity to hone their skills and contribute to sustainable development—both for their own units and for Petrovietnam as a whole.
According to Phan Kế Toại (PVD DD): “Every challenge is an opportunity to grow; every experience is a step toward the future.”
Bùi Văn Điệp (PVD Well Services) encouraged peers: “Young people at PV Drilling should always take ownership of their development, work responsibly, and keep striving forward.”
Meanwhile, the two representatives from PVD Training hope to train in a dynamic, well-connected environment to learn advanced management methods and innovative thinking they can apply directly to their work.
According to the Organizing Committee, the candidates were chosen not only for their individual achievements but also for their positive attitudes, creativity, and willingness to take responsibility—qualities essential for the next generation of young leaders.
