PVD Training provides Manpower Supply Solutions based on a professional workforce management model, allowing clients to deploy suitable personnel under their direct supervision and operational control, while PVD Training remains the legal employer and assumes full responsibility for all HR-related matters.

Implementation Model

Under the manpower supply model:

- The client signs a service contract with PVD Training
- The employees sign labor contracts with PVD Training and are seconded to work for the client according to project requirements

PVD Training manages the entire workforce lifecycle, including:

- Recruitment and appropriate personnel placement
- Execution and administration of labor contracts
- Payroll management, taxation, and mandatory insurance
- Personnel records management and compliance with Vietnamese labor laws
- Coordination with clients in workforce management throughout the service period

Deployment Scope & Management Capacity

PVD Training’s manpower supply solutions are flexibly deployed across various working environments, including:
