PVD Training provides Manpower Supply Solutions based on a professional workforce management model, allowing clients to deploy suitable personnel under their direct supervision and operational control, while PVD Training remains the legal employer and assumes full responsibility for all HR-related matters.

Implementation Model

Under the manpower supply model:

    • The client signs a service contract with PVD Training
    • The employees sign labor contracts with PVD Training and are seconded to work for the client according to project requirements

PVD Training manages the entire workforce lifecycle, including:

    • Recruitment and appropriate personnel placement
    • Execution and administration of labor contracts
    • Payroll management, taxation, and mandatory insurance
    • Personnel records management and compliance with Vietnamese labor laws
    • Coordination with clients in workforce management throughout the service period

This model enables clients to optimize resources, reduce administrative burden and legal risks, while focusing entirely on their core operations and business activities.

Deployment Scope & Management Capacity

PVD Training’s manpower supply solutions are flexibly deployed across various working environments, including:

    • Offshore: production platforms, wellhead platforms, drilling rigs, FSO/FPSO vessels, service vessels, etc.
    • Onshore (Operational Areas): fabrication yards, ports, refineries, and petrochemical plants
    • Onshore (Office Functions): office-based environments, including but not limited to accounting, human resources, legal, information technology, and administrative functions

Supplied personnel levels include management, specialists and supervisors, engineers, technicians, office staff, and general laborers.

Currently, PVD Training manages a multinational workforce of over 1,000 personnel per month, comprising both long-term and project-based staff. Extensive experience in managing personnel in demanding working conditions enables PVD Training to ensure stability, safety, and operational continuity for clients.

PVD Training provides Recruitment on Demand (Headhunting) services, supporting clients in identifying and selecting the most suitable candidates for specific positions, ranging from long-term employment to project-based manpower requirements.

Unlike the manpower supply model, PVD Training’s Headhunting service focuses on selection quality, whereby successfully recruited candidates sign labor contracts directly with the client and become an integral part of the client’s organization.

Recruitment Scope

PVD Training delivers recruitment services for a wide range of positions, including but not limited to:

    • Senior specialists and executive management
    • Engineers, lead engineers, and specialized technicians
    • Offshore and onshore operational personnel
    • Office-based staff, including legal, human resources, finance & accounting, IT, administration, etc.

This service is well-suited for organizations requiring rapid workforce expansion, highly specialized expertise, or positions demanding extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the oil & gas, energy, and industrial sectors.
