Manpower Services
PVD Training provides two main manpower services designed to meet diverse client needs across onshore and offshore operations.
2.1 Manpower Supply/ HR Outsourcing
This service allows clients to utilize qualified personnel under their supervision while PVD Training acts as the official employer.
The company manages the full employment lifecycle — including recruitment, contract signing, payroll, tax, social insurance, and HR administration — ensuring compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and client-specific requirements.
Clients sign a service contract with PVD Training, while employees sign a labor contract with the company.
This model provides clients with maximum flexibility, reduced administrative burden, and legal assurance, allowing them to focus entirely on their core business operations.
2.2 Headhunting (Recruitment on Demand)
PVD Training offers professional recruitment services for all job levels — from general laborers, technicians, and engineers to managers, specialists, and back-office staff.
The service operates on a success-based model — clients only pay when the candidate is successfully hired.

PVD Training’s manpower currently supports major oil & gas projects such as Block B – Ô Môn, Nam Du – U Minh, Dam Doi, Kinh Ngu Trang, and Dai Hung Nam, Gallaf, Sao Vang Dai Nguyet among others.
The workforce covers a wide range of work environments:
- Offshore: production platforms, wellhead platforms, drilling rigs, FSO/FPSO vessels.
