On August 18, 2025, in Ho Chi MInh City, PVD Technical Training Joint Stock Company (PVD Training) officially signed a Partnership Agreement with the Renewable Construction Academy (RECOA) – an international academy based in Copenhagen, Denmark, specializing in training and capacity development for professionals in the renewable energy sector.
