On December 5, 2025, at the headquarters of PVD Technical Training JSC (PVD Training) in the Dong Xuyen Industrial Park, Ho Chi Minh City, PVD Training and Tan Cang Offshore Services JSC (a member of Saigon Newport Corporation – SNP) held a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony.

The ceremony, attended by senior leaders from both sides, marked a significant milestone in establishing a strategic partnership aimed at leveraging complementary strengths and maximizing synergies across oil & gas services, maritime services, and technical training.

Under the MoU, the parties agreed on strengthening cooperation in three as Safety and Technical Training, Petroleum & Marine Technical, Professional Manpower with clearly defined roles and responsibilities to ensure effective delivery and expand for potential opportunities.

Through this agreement, both parties commit to sharing resources, customer networks, and technical expertise to jointly bid and develop markets. This strategic step enables both sides to broaden their service supply chains, enhance competitiveness, and deliver optimal total solutions for clients in the energy and maritime sectors.
