To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival 2025, the Trade Union Executive Committee, Youth Union, and Women’s Union of PVD Training, in collaboration with HSBC, organized a lantern-making workshop themed “Joyful Mid-Autumn – Joining Hands for Charity” at PVD Training.
The event not only brought the warm, festive spirit of Mid-Autumn, but also strengthened bonds among employees. It carried a strong community message—raising funds to share love and support with underprivileged children facing difficult circumstances.

Program highlights:
-
Lantern-making: Participants decorated and painted colorful lanterns. Each finished lantern was not just a festive keepsake, but also a meaningful contribution to the Charity Fund.
-
Fundraising & connection: Lanterns were gifted to employees’ children, and each donation became a tangible act of kindness—spreading compassion to those in need and embodying the Vietnamese spirit of “Lá lành đùm lá rách” (the good leaves protect the tattered ones).

With these messages and values, PVD Training is committed to partnering with stakeholders—especially HSBC, the program’s sponsor—to deliver practical gifts and contributions, helping create a more complete and meaningful Mid-Autumn for PVD Training employees and their families. The initiative also contributes to the corporate Charity Fund and amplifies the PV Drilling message: “Joining Hands to Connect – Spreading Love.”
In the warm atmosphere of Mid-Autumn and with the attention of the Company’s Leadership, small gifts were presented to employees—reflecting the organization’s care for its people as the company enters a new phase of development.
