On December 17, 2025 at the Malibu Hotel, PVD Training organized the conference to review 2025 business operations and launch the 2026 plan, combined with the 2026 Employee Conference.
The conference heard the 2025 performance report showing impressive revenue and the highest profit level in nearly a decade. These results reflect the great efforts of the leadership team and all employees—the capacity to adapt and respond flexibly in operations and management amid major changes in organizational structure and market conditions.
At the same time, employee benefits were improved in a tangible way: better income, a more modern working environment, and more vibrant cultural–sports–social activities, creating cohesion and development. This has laid the groundwork for PVD Training to seize new opportunities and build a more ambitious, methodical 2026 plan.
Delivering directives at the conference, Comrade Mai Thế Toàn—Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of PV Drilling—commended the efforts of the leadership, staff, and employees of PVD Training in 2025, and emphasized the decisive orientation:
“PVD Training will continue to develop in 2026 with a focus on quality, efficiency, and sustainable growth—maintaining core strengths while expanding services and technology to meet customer needs.”
Stepping into 2026, with the spirit of Proactive Adaptation – Innovative Renewal – Sustainable Development, PVD Training will concentrate on three strategic pillars:
