On the morning of May 30, 2026, at Nghinh Phong Beach, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Vung Tau City), the PVD Training Youth Union organized a community activity under the theme “One Small Action – One Blue Ocean.” The meaningful event attracted the participation of Youth Union members, employees, and especially the children of PVD Training staff.
The activity was not only an environmental protection program in response to Workers’ Month and the 2026 Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health, but also a journey to promote social responsibility, foster environmental awareness, and reinforce a corporate culture committed to sustainable development.

A memorable moment saw Youth Union members, employees, and children gathering together before the launch of the campaign, marking the beginning of the “One Small Action – One Blue Ocean” journey.
Over the years, marine plastic pollution has become a global concern, highlighting the urgent need for changes in awareness and action across communities. With this spirit in mind, the PVD Training Youth Union chose a practical approach: starting with small actions that create long-term impact.
At Nghinh Phong Beach, participants worked together to collect, sort, and transport waste along the coastline. After only a few hours of dedicated effort, numerous bags of waste had been collected, contributing to environmental improvement and restoring the beauty of the beach area.
The collective effort, perseverance, and teamwork created a positive and energetic atmosphere, where everyone recognized that environmental protection is not the responsibility of any single individual but a shared responsibility of society as a whole.
As the event took place close to International Children’s Day on June 1st, the participation of employees’ children made the activity even more meaningful. It provided a valuable summer experience and an opportunity to educate younger generations about environmental responsibility and community awareness.
One of the most meaningful aspects of this year’s program was the involvement of children as part of an outdoor experiential learning activity celebrating International Children’s Day. Rather than learning through classroom lessons alone, the children had the opportunity to participate directly in beach cleanup activities, observe the marine environment, and understand the importance of protecting nature through their own actions.

The sight of children carefully picking up litter, enthusiastically working alongside their parents and Youth Union members, became one of the highlights of the event
More than just a weekend activity, it served as a vibrant “green classroom” where environmental responsibility was nurtured through real-life experience.
Through this activity, the PVD Training Youth Union hopes to help instill environmental awareness in younger generations from an early age, helping them understand that caring for nature should not stop at words but must be demonstrated through concrete actions every day.

The image of company leaders, employees, and children working side by side created an atmosphere of unity, inspiration, and connection, where traditional organizational boundaries were replaced by a shared commitment to meaningful values and collective action
“One Small Action – One Blue Ocean” was more than just a beach cleanup activity. It was a reflection of the proactive spirit of PVD Training’s young generation, a demonstration of responsibility toward the community, and a commitment to building a greener, cleaner, and more sustainable environment.

The PVD Training team reflects on the achievements of their marine waste collection activity, demonstrating a sense of responsibility and a collective effort for a greener environment.
Through this program, the PVD Training Youth Union continues to spread positive values and contribute to building the image of a company that not only focuses on professional excellence and service quality but also actively supports community and environmental initiatives. Because sometimes, a blue ocean begins with the smallest actions taken by each of us.
